How do I make a return/ how long does a return take?

What if i’ve not received my refund?
If you have not received your refund or heard from our customer service team after 10 working days of your parcel being delivered please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
Where is my order?
All our deliveries within the UK should be received within 1-3 working days. To track your order you must purchase tracked delivery service. Please allow 3 working days from when you receive your dispatch email before getting in touch.
International deliveries can take between up to 7 days. However, we would recommend you to allow up to 14 days from when you place your order before contacting us.
What if I’m missing an item from my order?
If you’re missing part of your order, it’s possible that the item was out of stock. If the item was out of stock, you will be refunded.
I received the wrong item?
You will need to return the incorrect item within 14 days of receiving your order and specify whether you would like the correct item sent out or a refund once we receive the return.
How do I cancel an order?
Once you complete your purchase, we begin processing your order very quickly. You must contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to retrieve your order from our process and dispatch queue. If your order has been dispatched and you are certain you do not want the items, you can return the package within 14 days of receiving.
Do you provide return labels ?
We do not create return labels. Unless you receive the wrong item, we will not cover return costs.
Do I need to pay customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel arrives in the destination country. Any charged on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the goods. We have no control over these charges and we are unable to indicate what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We suggest contacting your local customs office who can assist by giving you an indication of current charges before you complete your order, so that you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting once your parcel is delivered.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation?
If you place an order and receive a payment confirmation but not an order confirmation, kindly contact email@example.com so we can resolve this for you.
